Telpak Furushon

Assalomu aleykum everyone. Today's blog will be about Telpak Furushon, which is located in Bukhara. Our teacher Sabina Sharipovna told us to come 10:00 and we came in time. So, Let's start..!

Telpakfurushon mountain (Persian Telpakfurush mountain) is an architectural monument in Bukhara. A domed building for the manufacture and sale of headwear. According to the foundation documents, it was built at the intersection of 5 streets coming from different sides. The building was named after Akhanin, Toqi Kitabfurushon, Toqi Khoja Muhammad Parron. The main dome is placed on a 6-sided wall, surrounded by a street, and the entrances from the streets are covered with small domes.

The Toki Telpak Furushon is another of the city’s four remaining bazaars. It is located on an important crossroads: five different roads lead here. This dome still sells traditional head wear such as fur hats and turbans for people of all ages and genders, as it has done for centuries. There is also a smithy at the entrance.

So we returned home after 1 hour from there. It was very cold, even your hands were freezing. This is the end of our journey today. See you in the next blogs
